I don’t think I have mentioned it before, because I don’t want to sound obsessive, but I love Game of Thrones.  Love it. LOVE IT. The Russian loves it too.  So do most of our friends.  Most of us have read at least some of the books.  Basically if you don’t like Game of Thrones its a slow decline right out of my life (unless you like food, and then we’re cool again).

So The Russian, being the awesome Russian he is, bought me a little gift the other day:

Every Monday, I will be cataloging my way through the previous night’s Game of Thrones themed food (and how my obsession grows). Got Mondays (I might have to work on the title).  I will try and get affordable ingredients and make Ned Stark’s memory proud with the flavor of the rustic dishes.
