This week has been super busy, so I have not been able to post as much, but I am super excited to say that this Sunday I will be part of a cooking class led by Jody Adams at her flagship restaurant, Rialto. I have written about how much I love their food before, and I am so pumped to actually get to learn how to cook like a master chef like Adams. Who knows, maybe I’ll be cooking in a restaurant kitchen myself sometime soon (hint, hint…) with plenty of Adams’ knowledge to guide me.
I will provide a detailed post after I experience the class, and hope that it is just as enlightening for my readers as I’m certain it will be for me. Stay tuned!
